3.a. Interviews of Magistrate Judge Candidates. DIRECTIONS PROVIDED TO STAFF.

3.f. Contract with Cactus Asphalt for Streets Repair. $150K. APPROVED 7-0.
8.a. Zone Change for Additional Parking Near Hillside Shopping Center. APPROVED AS AMENDED 7-0.
8.b. Discussion about Citizen Working Group for ALPR Cameras. MOTION TO CANCEL FLOCK CONTRACT AND DROP WORKING GROUP APPROVED 6-0 (Pfaff conflict).
8.c. Arts & Culture Organizations Grants for FY26. APPROVED 5-2 (Fultz, Furman).
8.d. Multi-Use Field Lighting. $248K. APPROVED 7-0.
