APPROVED 6-1 (Williamson against). Natural grass in only the expanded section. City to reduce water use in other places to achieve a 20% net water savings.

3.a Annual Joint Planning Meeting with Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau.
Direction given to prepare a budget proposal for FY2024 using a fee-for-service model. Council expressed its desire to separate the Chamber from the Tourism Board in the future.
